Where can I use my LinkLive number?

Use your LinkLive number on your website, email signature, social media, promotional material and anywhere else you promote your services as a broker.

How do I record calls with LinkLive?

LinkLive allows you to meet with your customers on a secure recorded line.

Please note that in order to use LinkLive’s secure call recording and retention service, you need to first activate your account using the link that’s provided to you in the email from LinkLive(use Chrome, Safari, or Edge).

Inbound call recording

For all inbound calls, if a caller uses your secure LinkLive phone number, the call will be automatically recorded. Simply answer the call as you normally would. The call is being recorded when “LinkLive” appears as the caller ID or you recognize your dedicated LinkLive phone number.

If a caller is not using the recorded line, you have three options:

  1. Merge the current call with your secure LinkLive line (see below for instructions on how to merge calls).
  2. Return the call using the LinkLive URL (see below for outbound recordings).
  3. Ask the caller to call back using your secure LinkLive phone number.
Outbound call recording

For all outbound calls, use a web-based browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, or Edge) to log into LinkLive. When logged in, simply dial the outbound number and your call will be recorded automatically.

Merging calls

If you have a non-recorded call in progress, begin the call recording by clicking the “add a call” button on the keypad and dial your LinkLive secure line. After connecting with your LinkLive line, click “merge calls” and continue the conversation. At this point, recording has started.

Do all of my calls get recorded?
Only calls that are routed through your LinkLive number will be recorded. Outbound and inbound calls placed and received to and from your cell number are not recorded.
Can I have my LinkLive number forwarded to multiple numbers?
The service only forwards to one number.
Can I change my caller ID?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Can I change my email address used to log in?
Email cannot be changed without your management approving the change as we need to delete the existing account and create a new account. This would cause a loss of all existing recorded data. The email address is the primary user account in our system and is used for reporting and recording.
What is the Private Group field?
Private group is a field used by LinkLive, to organize users into the correct server.
Why is the “this call will be recorded” message playing at the same time as the voicemail greeting?

We are working hard to address the problem.

I have an email saying I’m going to receive my password in a separate email, where can I find it?
The email can be found under the same date the other email was sent. Please look for keywords “temporary code” or “code” in your primary and/or spam mail and you will find it.
